Worth remembering.
Every NPC generated on npccard.com is assigned a rarity tier. About ~7% of all characters are rare. Rare NPCs are the ones legends are made of. They've seen things, done things, and carry stories that could fill volumes.
Rarity affects your NPC's level range, card frame color, and — for Epic and Legendary — adds a holographic shimmer effect to the collectible card.
